Updating the chiller system

The existing system at this facility was based on a dry cooler and compressor combination. For this reason, both the electricity consumption in the system was very high, and the system depended on several groups of pumps due to the complex accumulation of ink.

As a solution, we eliminated the dry cooler and compressor sections on the roof of the building and replaced them with high energy efficiency ones. We repaired one each of the dry coolers and magnetic compressors removed from the roof and added them to the basement system. As a result, the system was both safe and economical. Thus, the new system saves 50% of electricity.

The system is designed for marine conditions. Rust in the system its elements to prevent the latest and provide 100% protection which is covered with blygold coating.
