For the first time in Azerbaijan, we have installed chillers with negative temperature in this facility. There was a need to provide the necessary temperature for 6 wine tanks in the mentioned plant. So, to store 180 tons of wine, the temperature should be -4°C, and to store 300 tons, it should be -14°C. Since it is a food sector, a safe system for human life had to be established.

We solved this task in this way: We installed Chillers with negative temperature in the facility. The system we built supports a temperature of -25°C. Propylene glycol is used as a cooling reagent. This substance is completely safe for the body. That is, even if there is a leak in the system, it does not pose a threat to health.
