We had several complex issues with this facility.These include doubling the capacity of the incubator section, cutting modernization of the workshop and at least 2 times its power increase.Waste disposal, modernization of the rendering section, feed factory and clusters.And all these tasks had to be performed in a continuous workflow, without disrupting the sequence of work. Our team prepared a plan in a short time.Work planning for uninterrupted continuation of the production  we prepared with consideration of the production department.We performed heating, cooling, humidity maintenance, ventilation and other works for the incubator section in a short time.The most difficult area was the cutting section.Organization of work according to the production process, washing of production parts with high-pressure water after production, steam supply, etc. adapted to modern standards.Due to the high demand for cooling power in the slaughterhouse, electricity consumption was very high. To solve this problem, we applied the ammonia system for cooling the system, taking into account the norms.We updated rendering and feed mill system to norms and modern standards, installed steam cooling system inside the ponds.
