Installation of water-cooled chillers on ships

Since there is no outdoor space, we chose a water-cooled chiller. In order to protect the equipment from aggressive marine influences, we installed a heat exchanger made of titanium. Due to the limited space in the ship's cabins, custom-made floor-type fan coils were designed. The entire system is designed for marine conditions.

Here, heating and cooling had to be done from one place. Heating was done through a boiler. However, the customer wanted to operate the boiler only in winter mode. As a solution, we built the system in such a way that the boiler works in the winter season, and the Chiller system works in the summer season. For this, we installed the chiller and the boiler in the engine compartment.
